Shipping Policy

With the exception of preorders, we normally ship items within 2-3 business days of order placement. If you request a fiber kit, the shipping estimate will reset based on when you pay the fiber invoice that will be emailed to you. 

Once a carrier's tracking system shows an order as "delivered", we cannot take responsibility for a package that is lost or stolen after the fact.
